I absolutely love my new carpet from Vogel's! The customer service was excellent. Many thanks to the VP of Sales, Craig Chrisman for my many questions, the office manager, Carli and to the fantastic installer, Pedro. I really appreciate the quality all the way around. In the past, I have used an interior designer to purchase and install carpet, however my latest experience with Vogel's far exceeds my previous experience. Don't hesitate using Vogel's.
We really appreciate all the help we got in selecting our carept, getting our rooms measured, and during the installation. We are very happy we chose to go with Vogel's and love the results.
We have used Vogel's three times in the past year and each experience produced great results. Two carpet installations and one wood floor installation all were done professionally from estimate to installation to clean up. We will definitely use the Vogel's team again!
We are very happy with the job they did replacing our carpeting downstairs. They came quickly to do an estimate and scheduled installation quickly after we selected them. The installers were professional, courteous, and efficient. They had to move furniture and they took care in that process. We would use them again!
Vogel's handled a big hardwood floor refinishing project for us. The estimator was smart, accurate, and easy to work with, the installers did a great job, and we're very happy with the outcome.

The installation was quick, professional, they left everything clean and neat and even carried the 2 parts of the sectional sofa back into the family room for us. And we love the carpet too! It has even more great texture and in 2 directions than we thought. We highly recommend this carpet (Masland, Victoria Island)!
