The experience as a whole was legit, I was very comfortable with the process. I worked with John and there wasn’t any pressure to up sell. I was able to take my time picking out the best product and color for my needs. John was very flexible and even let me take home a plethora of samples to show my family. We recently had our living room redone with wood laminate and our lanai done in tile. The salesperson Gary Trial was great. He showed us many options and helped us pick the perfect style for our needs. The installers did a very fast and perfect job. We will definitely use this company again.

Love how the carpet looks! I picked Vogel’s based on so many positive reviews and I was no disappointed. From my initial contact until after the job was completed, everyone was friendly and helpful. And actually having someone come measure and then install right when they said they would was wonderful. Thanks!!

Very good communication from day one -John was able to come out and quickly take measurements and provide ideas. Installers did a great job and were creative handling a couple of quirky spots so that everything looked fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We have had Vogel's replace the flooring throughout our whole house with carpet and luxury vinyl planking. They have don it three different times. Each time they did it in a timely manner, very efficiently, very friendly and an excellent job. The men who did our carpeting in the upstairs went above and beyond while doing an excellent job. Our carpet experience with Vogel's was nothing but pleasant. The staff in the store was a great help in the selection process. Very knowledgeable. The fellows who measured and tore out the old carpet were pleasant and helpful. And the installers did a great job and were polite and very friendly to boot. When we need carpet again we will buy it from Vogel's. We recommend them highly.

Vogel's Carpet provides high quality flooring products and expert installation for a reasonable cost. It's a family-owned local business that has survived against competition from places like Lowe's and Home Depot because their customer service is so much better. I got prompt, FREE estimates (after wasting $100 getting estimates from Lowe's and Home Depot); the staff members were knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best materials to meet the needs of both locations. Vogel's did a 1000 ft. residential job for me earlier this year. I have no complaints, I would use them again. They arrived exactly on time for the measurement appointment. The installation crew was on time, fast and cleaned up. Price including install was almost 1/2 as much as HD or Lowes would have been.
