I had a great experience with the Hyannis Volvo dealership on Cape Cod. Dan, the client advisor was very helpful and not pushy at all which is huge for me. The manager, Harold was helpful and Chris in the finance office was super easy to work with. Joey sat in the car with me and went over all the features of the car which was very helpful. A really great team and I LOVE my new XC40!

This morning , I arrived with an emergency light, and before the end of the day my issue was resolved. This dealership is amazing.
I called shortly before closing on a Friday afternoon, Andrea patiently listened to my urgent, check engine light, need for service on our Volvo S60. She suggested that I bring the car in the next morning, but that she could not guarantee that it could be fixed with only one tech scheduled for Saturday morning service, which was already booked.
