Attentive service, informative video by service technician, willing to answer questions and provide details, excellent waiting area.
After listening to my concerns about a tinny sound the service folks couldn't find, my service coordinator suggested I record the sound on my phone. Rather than think I was exaggerating, her idea allowed me to record the sound and return to the dealership where they identified the problem. A little listening and creative problem solving worked!!
