I appreciate that the service staff; Andrea and Brian have been a constant now for a few years. There had been a lot of turnover previously and not possible to build trust.

While everyone was very nice, there was no reminder sticker as to when my next service is due except for needing brakes. Also other Volvo dealerships wash my car.
