We've moved to Singapore and have been using the app as our primary means to keep in touch with friends & family back in the States. This has easily become one of the most important apps our family uses on almost a daily basis.

I frequently use the app, either when traveling abroad, when making calls to family and friends in Europe while on the road, or when in remote areas with poor cell coverage but wifi. Has saved me a ton of money!
I really like being able to place calls over the net. We have poor cell coverage here, but I can always jump on someone's network to make a call. It's very poor for taking a call. Calls go to voicemail before you can unlock your phone, open the app, and eventually answer the call.
