It's saving money and gives you the freedom of utilizing free calls from your smartphone. As long as you have free wifi access you do not need to use your data plan either

This program is a major convenience tool for me. When I'm away from home I see the calls that come in and I can answer if no one is at home. When I travel any where including over seas, can make calls as if I'm at home. It's great.
Once in a while it does go down on overseas calling due to network congestion.
This is a great app for Vonage customers. The only tiny flaw I could find is that when searching contacts it does NOT search any fields other than the name. So if you want to find the person who works for company XYZ but whose name you don't remember, you have to go to your Contacts, search for XYZ, find the name, and then come back to Vonage Extensions to make the call. It's a minor inconvenience, but I would love to see it fixed.
