Previously I was using Talkatone from Google.I used to see a disturbance in call when I make a international calls using Wifi.However today I tried Vonage for making my international calls using Wifi and felt a good quality..Hope I will have the same better quality going forward.
I use this app often to make international calls over wifi. Failed calls are not uncommon but it is convenient and works well once the connection is made. Doesn't seem to like my Bluetooth headset though.

This is a great app. Allows me to save minutes on my cell phone plan as well as works even in areas without cell network coverage - both thru wifi calling of course.
I use this app for a while and it has lot of good features to call via wifi and network. But most of the call via mobile operator doesn't go through. While use wifi app seems to be stable... Good to use if you want to use and you have patience
Using this app in India also .. Works great..
