Installed this app. Not able to place call over wiifii. If I switch off my wiifii then its able to place call using my carrier data. Not satisfied at all. Was using my extension frequently but this upgrade has left me stuck. Don't upgrade!!!
The application does not work properly after the upgrade. Constantly giving the extn failed message.
I loved the old Vonage app... Now I just can't seem to make calls ... Do not update 😣
The app description states that it is compatible with iPad and iPod Touch - but it refuses to work on iPad (3rd gen) and iPod Touch (4th gen) stating the following message - "Your mobile carrier network appears to have failed. Please make sure that your mobile network is available" - so, it doesn't work without your mobile carrier, thus claim of working over WiFi and on iPad and Touch are false.
I saw that the app was now supposed to support calls over wifi, so I tried it on my wifi-only iPad. I get a popup message that it is unable to connect to my carrier and I never get into the app.
I updated recently (dec 22) and from then i can't use app any more. looks like there is BUG. i hope they fix soon.
I used to call international and i was able to add other USA number to conf call from my phone book, this feature is gone from new app, do not upgrade your app to this version if you are using conf call
This app is stuck at the registration screen on my Sprint Iphone 5. . I cannot make any calls right now. Don't update unless they fix this bug.
