Does not work overseas on WiFi. I did not want to carry the box and hoped to call my family thru Wifi when i went overseas. When i called for help, Even tech support could not help me. Seems like Skype has better options. My friend had good experience with Skype overseas calling. They have low rates too.
Ok if you are traveling around the US this app would work. But if you travel overseas it is horrible. Include wifi calling Vonage. Also incoming calls over wifi would be cool too.
iOS 6 compatible upgrade is poor. Very very slow. 80% of the time it asks to provide pin and dial number instead of redirecting call. Fail....
Update to iphone 5 to support full screen
It can only accept 10 digit phone numbers (USA)! And VONAGE is supposed to have become international and must realize that Americans don't need USA numbers, they already have them! The support person i dealt with was RUDE and could not careless! Way to go Vonage, sourcing out ur back-office to Indians, why should they care???
Suddenly contacts have disappeared from Vonage extension application, every time I have to dial. Makes big sound which is so annoying, while connecting
If I could give a negative rating I would. Let me explain. 1. Installation. I couldn't install the application successfully. When I get to verification screen it simply said "Vonage is temporarily out of service" Thankfully I had a Vonage Mobile Tech Support guy on line with me. After downloading and deleting three times, he found out that he had to delete my Vonage extension tel# from the database. And it worked. If I could give this app a negative rating I would. I am convinced that Vonage could do much better in making a user friendly app that works. This is not it. If Vonage was to be judged solely on the quality of this app they would be out of business. However this is a free app and you absolutely get what you paid for. So Many bugs. i am getting an error tht More then one call is not allowed, but I am not calling even single time..! Very Frustrating..!
