Found it as a helpful solution for customer contact. Either calls, text, business inbox was a good surprise we can text customer via our commercial Pbx Vreceptionist number. Plentiful setting capacity for any need. Great customer service btw. Phone number image messaging (not just by fb business inbox) would complete service.

It does not let me set up call forwarding on apps, not sure is it me or everyone.. ¿.. Otherwise I like the app. It would be great if I can setup the forwarding options as everyone's need is different.

Hello, Why is it that sometimes there is a lag when someone calls me? On an iphone device the call appears instantly but on my Samsung s9+ it doesnt show up til 4 rings later. 2nd, when you use a bluetooth device with your phone, why dont you get notified on your bluetooth device app when there is a call from Vonage?
