Hello, Why is it that sometimes there is a lag when someone calls me? On an iphone device the call appears instantly but on my Samsung s9+ it doesnt show up til 4 rings later. 2nd, when you use a bluetooth device with your phone, why dont you get notified on your bluetooth device app when there is a call from Vonage?

Thank you for your feedback. We're working to improve both the Android BT support and the app's wakeup time. However, there could be multiple reasons why the lag could happen, and you may each out using the app's feedback & questions if further investigation is required on your device.
This app you can not hear your customer on the phone, drop call, if you talk to customer you will lose them in 9 minutes plus they can not hear you. They have to call back, a lot of static.

It's worked well for me. I wish there were a better way to block unwanted calls from spoofed numbers.
