Hello, Why is it that sometimes there is a lag when someone calls me? On an iphone device the call appears instantly but on my Samsung s9+ it doesnt show up til 4 rings later. 2nd, when you use a bluetooth device with your phone, why dont you get notified on your bluetooth device app when there is a call from Vonage?

Thank you for your feedback. We're working to improve both the Android BT support and the app's wakeup time. However, there could be multiple reasons why the lag could happen, and you may each out using the app's feedback & questions if further investigation is required on your device.
Some times it works perfectly and some others it just doesn't connect. When it works, it's very good.

Best app ever! Can get all my calls while away from work, ck my messages, return calls, and no one knows I'm at home, and I don't have to give out my personal phone #. Everthing routes through the app! Wonderful!
