I had my surgery and I did a lot of research prior to picking my doctor. Once I came in for the first consultation I knew I had made the right choice. His staff was very nice and inviting, I even brought my husband with me to help me with my decision and any questions I may of forgotten. Dr. Hankins was Very nice and had a warm bed side manner, he discussed all my options and took the time to answer all of our questions no matter how dumb they may have been. I adore Dr. Hankins for his honesty! He cares about what you want and takes pride in his work! His staff is just as awesome!!! I have never encountered anyone rude or uneducated at his Office. They are all thorough and compassionate.
Dr Hankins and his staff are great. After setting and canceling a few appointments with other doctors (mostly due to the expensive consultation price), I decided to call Dr Hankins as they were offering a no fee consultation. From the beginning, the staff was very polite and understanding about my needs. When I scheduled my first consultation appointment, I told my husband " if you don't feel comfortable or do not like any of the staff just say 'no thank you' and we will look elsewhere." The young lady performing the procedure was 23, but she was as gentle as she could possibly be. She was very encouraging and talked me through it, wiping away my tears. She also let me know how many more "zaps" we had left per section. And also asked me half-way if I needed to get up and stretch or get a drink of water.
After deciding that I wanted to go through with getting a breast augmentation I went and talked to a bunch of different doctors around Vegas making sure I was picking the best possible one for me. Dr. H was the last consult I went on, and I actually had pretty much decided in my head which doctor I was going to do my surgery with, but him as well as his staff impressed me enough to change my decision. I am beyond happy with my surgery and cannot thank Dr. Hankins enough! He is such a great surgeon and I would highly reccomend him to anyone looking to get plastic surgery. The whole experience from making the initial phone call, to arriving at my consultation, to getting scheduled for surgery was awesome. Dr Hankins is amazing at what he does . He is very detailed and such a perfectionist that I always feel very comfortable and confident that what he does will be amazing and look great. Bambi and Amy bass work very well with dr Hankins and always make me feel so comfortable and being in their hands at surgery takes off the edge of nerves . Dr Hankins and his staff are truely amazing ! I wouldn't go anywhere else .
