Finding Dr. Hankins was an abosolute miracle for me. I searched tons of websites for various plastic surgeons here in Las Vegas and was not happy with the "mommy makeover" resluts I was finding. Dr. Hankins and his staff were professional and polished. They made me feel comfortable and certain about the options and the decision I finally made. The staff answered countless emails from me with no "annoyance." I have had a history of serious staph infections for the past 8 years. They were very cautious yet made me feel calm with the precautions we both needed to take to prevent an infection. (So far so good.) Dr. Hankins and his nurse Bambi are amazing. I love Bambi. She takes great care of me every time I go in for a follow up. She is incredibly friendly and listens to my concerns. The girls at the front desk are always nice and professional. Susan is also incredibly friendly and personable. I have only had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes once out of my 4 appointments so far. They are usually very much on schedule and that is a major plus in my book! Dr Hankins and his staff made it as painless as possible. Everyone was so nice to me. Bambi his assistant held my hand until i went to sleep in the OR. I woke up with minimum pain. His staff make me feel like I'm their only patient. So very personal. He listened to me in the consultation and never made me feel like a bother.
I checked many doctors before deciding with Dr. Hankins and his staff and I couldn't be happier with my choice Dr. Hankins and the whole staff are professional, caring, well-educated and just want to make sure you are happy. He made sure to go with the size I wanted but fit my figure and I didn't have any bruising. Cadia was amazing! She really knows all about the laser procedures offered and was able to help me pick the right procedure for my skin. She has been doing laser treatments for many years and her experience is evident. ( Not to mention she is very personable.)
Jayme did the liaison on the phone and provided the info in advance, and was very professional and efficient. I believe Cheryl did the procedure, but by then I was in la la land...
