As always we are very worried having to board our now 16.5 year old dog unsure of how she will do. The staff did a phenomenal job with her and they were all very caring and professional. Thank y'all so much! Great experience for us but more importantly our baby.

We just fell in love Zoe and we were so thrilled that she met a very special friend during her stay. Her friend was also an aging fur baby who took Zoe under his wing and really looked out for her. That helped her relax and enjoy her stay with us.
Loved that we had the ability to view our dog in her suite and during play time. Staff was friendly and let us know how our pet did during her stay.

Lil Bit is just a dream, my team loves her like crazy, she loves playgroup as she is the self appointed window watcher, and then she goes and makes her rounds with the other guests. She is always entertaining - we always look forward to having her at the resort.
I was very happy with the care my cat got while I was away. She wasn’t eating and they took the extra step to make sure someone sat in her suite while she ate to make her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care for their pets.

Rudy did great for his first day or daycare - he enjoyed the play yard and made a few friends, hope to see him again soon.
When I picked up our dog after a weekend stay she was very well adjusted and seemed pleasantly tired. Place was extremely clean and other dogs also seemed well adjusted when I looked in play area. Staff are friendly and helpful! I think we now have a new kennel!

I love that Sammy is always happy to stay at Paradise. He walks off happily and I know he will be well taken care of! I also appreciate his notes to us and the pictures that are sent. I couldn’t ask for better care for my dog!

We appreciated PFP paying good attention to our Gracie as she gets anxiety and a bit depressed when we are away. Also, Fenway is the complete opposite and he loves PFP. Thank you for the attention to these two family members.

Fenway and Gracie are such a pair - Fen always keeps us on our toes and loves his buddies in playgroup. Gracie is just the sweetest girl ever, we spend a lot of time with her in her suite when Fen is in playgroup to give her the extra cuddles she likes, it makes her calmer and happy. We always look forward to having these two stay!
I really enjoyed the pics and emails from my cat. I think he had a great time as well.
