Our two boys always return home with high self-esteem, so the Paradise 4 Paws staff must be doing something right! It is so convenient to park at the facility and then get a ride to the airport - we love the fact that we can take the boys home with us whenever we arrive - whether it's on a Sunday or late at night. The staff is friendly and caring - they know our boys by name and remember them - even if it is months between visits! This is the first time that our Pikachu was not scared to go inside a daycare. The receiving area is clean but I cannot comment on the actual area where the pets stay because I did not see it. They do have an access online to see the play time but I was not able to log in due to the activities we need to do for that day we left Pikachu there. When we pick her up she was very happy and looks like she enjoyed her stay. We definitely will use their services again when the need arise.

We board our pet for extended stays several times a year. Will continue to do so because staff is friendly, professional, pays attention to details, such as special feeding requirements, and quickly resolves any issues that may arise concerning our pet or his stay. Plus, our pet always seems to enjoy his visits.

Room service food needs improvement.
Our 5 year old dog, Ripley, has been staying at Paradise for Paws since he was a puppy. Ripley is always happy to go to Paradise for Paws. The employees truly care about animals and Ripley loves play time with other dogs. We would not board him anywhere else!
