Confident, as in I am confident my dog is being loved and cared for when she is in daycare. I only wish there was a non-airport option but adding 30 minutes to my commute, both ways, is worth every minutes since I have peace of mind, my Ginger is having a great time. Thanks Paradise4Paws, Diane

We do have 2 Pooch Hotel locations downtown, located in the West Loop and Lincoln Park, that are a part of the Paradise 4 Paws family if you are ever looking for a non-airport location for boarding or daycare. We were very comfortable leaving our cat at Paradise 4 Paws, confident that he would be well taken care of. This was his first stay and we were delighted to get some photos and communication from the manager that he was doing well after the first night. We liked that the manager took the initiative to contact us so that we would not be concerned about our pet.

My dog, Forest, loves Paradise 4 Paws and that's saying a lot. He doesn't like to be left behind anywhere but the staff is so good with him that he has quickly adjusted. I won't board him any place else!

I would love to have a copy of what my dog did while on his visit with you. Especially since he's a bit anxious/ aggressive at times and also if he used the bathroom and if he ate. I'll get home and wonder and just have to guess if he used the bathroom. It'll just be easier just to get a copy automatically and not have to ask. Other then that we really love the staff and he is always exhausted when he gets home so I know he's having a ton of fun!
