We’ve been taking our pet Sami since she was a young pup. Since then they have treated her wonderfully and I sometimes think she enjoys being at Paradise more than being at home. I feel comfortable leaving her there as I know she will be well taken care of. Thank you!!!

This was my first time leaving my dog somewhere she has never been. Both her and I have huge separation anxiety. I probably called a million times the first day and they continued to check on her, so that was very appreciated. I wish they kind of did like a daily report, which would facilitate any questions or concerns that I may have. In addition, I would have personally liked to take her back to her suite myself and ensure that she had the right set up and was comfortable.
