I was nervous as it was my first time boarding my dog, and she is only 6 months! I received a picture during her stay, and I could tell how happy she was when I came to pick her back up! It is very convenient with the airport as well, including onsite airport parking. I definitely recommend!
This was our first time boarding our four legged kids and we were anxious about how they would react. All that worrying was for naught. They were curiously sniffing everything and playful. The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly. We will be using them on our next vacation.
Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and was attended to right away. My dog was escorted to his room and on the way I was amazed to see how clean the facility was especially with the amount of tenants. I was able to view my pet during playtime and saw that the group he was in had an attendant there the entire time. Upon picking up my pet he was ready with very little wait and groomed as I requested. He looked great and was in a very good mood. I’m going to make paradise paws my choice of boarding from now on. GREAT JOB!
I will take my dog there again they were great
This was the first time I had to board my girl Sheltie dog who’s 8 1/2 years old so my whole family could go to my niece’s wedding in Seattle. The customer service person made me feel comfortable with boarding my dog here. When I called to check on my dog the lady personally checked on her and looked over her chart to let me know my dog was eating and doing good. I will definitely come back here if needed again. Thanks for taking good care of my dog Holly!
Butter was very happy there and had so much fun!
