Place seems to very clean. It was nice to walk in a few days later and the staff remembered Sasha by name. Friendly and comfortable.

liked the web cams. Only thing would be better is if we knew what rooms they would be using so didn't have to keep trying different rooms

We love that so many of the staff know our dog and her name: Riley Rose 🌹 They all take such good care of her at the O’Hare location that it made it easier for us to leave on a much needed vacation knowing she was in good hands- thank you O’Hare staff and Brenda is outstanding!!
