I have been taking my furry babies to PFP for over 10 years and love them each visit. This time was for my new baby who is only 2 years old and 3 rd time boarding. I was very nervous about leaving her but they did an excellent job taking care of her while I was gone. The staff is always very attentive and gave her personal attention which helped her be more at easy while away from home. The only thing I wish they had was sound on the cameras in the room so I can hear and talk to them during their stay ;)

This place is absolutely amazing! My fur baby loves it and always comes home happy and full of Life! The updates and pictures while we are away are the sweetest and cutest thing ever! It definitely gives us a peace of mind. They are caring, attentive, and accommodating to us and our little baby. I cannot say it enough, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

Left our dog with them and called later in the evening after traveling was hazardous Saturday night. We called to see if we could leave her over night and they didn’t hesitate to say yes. They assured us that she would be taken care of and not to worry about food or anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone

The O’Hare location staff is the BEST! My dog comes home happy & not stressed. My family loves getting the updates & especially photos while our dog can’t go on vacation with us. We feel like he gets a vacation, too. Thank you for having a separate group for the elderly dogs.

We were boarding our dog, Annie, for the first time while we traveled to Florida, and we were SO nervous because she's not great with other dogs. I love the fact that the dogs have their own room, which allows for a more quiet, less stressful environment. I’m a little disappointed - my cat came home pretty sick. However, this is probably due to her severe fear and anxiety issues. The care at the facility was more than likely adequate.
