I’m a little disappointed - my cat came home pretty sick. However, this is probably due to her severe fear and anxiety issues. The care at the facility was more than likely adequate.
It was our first time boarding our puppy and we felt so at ease knowing we could view her and her activities. She was exhausted from all the fun and slept great the night we got her home. The staff was wonderful and when this crazy dog mom called they answered and responded right away. Thank you for taking amazing care of our fur baby. We will be using you again for sure!

To Whom, The staff at Paradise 4 Paws was phenomenal! Julianna was an immense help finding availability at the O'Hare location. My dog Jager has always been a bit nervous at kennels while my family is away on trips. Julianna who knows and loves our pet was concerned that he wasn't staying at the O'Hare location due to it being fully reserved. The staff were just fantastic to our three cats. One of our cats needed medication twice a day and they not only administered her medication, but sent me an email after each dose. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent care they provided for our cats.
