Hallue, our 13 year old bichon froze landed in the lap of luxury at this 5-Star resort. We were so worried that she would suffer separation anxiety upon being deposited in an unfamiliar boarding facility after the trauma of five hours cooped up under a plane seat. But she thrives at Paradise4Paws ORD and had a great time even though she was not permitted to play with the other dogs since she didn’t have her vaccines. She’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed the luxury of not having tiny drop and pick up windows (times/dates). Welove the pawparazzi photos we received by email as well. They made us confident that ‘the kids’ were getting attention they need when mom and dad aren’t there. I would have liked to have spoken with someone more knowledgeable about the grooming and ‘add ons’ It was when I received a call from the groomer that I realized I had not been clear when I booked of the services I wanted. It was great. One of your girls tended to Annie when she noticed a bleeding wound on her leg. She suggested we have it looked at and we did. Called and took her to northlake hospital They cleaned it up and put a few stitches in. She’s fine now. Thank you again

Signing up our lab for doggy daycare was fast and easy. Every employee that we encountered was helpful and courteous, and most importantly it seems like "Bella" enjoyed her stay! This Paradise 4 Paws (O'Hare) is a recommend and we will be back!
