My dog, Larry, came in looking a bit swollen in the face and neck from a bit of an allergic reaction and the entire team and the staff was beyond helpful and concerned making me feel as if he was as much of his family as is mine! They took care of him from the moment we walked in and let me know how he was doing during my many check up calls as well.
