Coco does not feel sressed when we pick her up or leave her at your facility. She feels very secure and like she is at home. We got an email and pictures from Coco, which made us very happy. She really enjoyed staying at your facility. Than you so much for all the attention you are giving to Coco. We never were disappointed and definitelly would recommend your facility to anyone that have a dog or a cat.

I use the Ohare location at least 3-4 times a year for the past 3 years. The staff is so attentive to our best baby. Our cat! I feel comfort while on vacation and the best part, is getting an email from our kitty, along with pictures at least twice while away. O'hare location staff is the best and I thank them! You're the best!

This was the first time that our rescue/stray was away from us since we adopted her six months ago. Paradise handled her transitions terrifically. She came back to us as happy and healthy as we could ever ask for. We will definitely use Paradise for any future boardings.
