Everything was great although we were asked to pay for use of the webcam on the app. This seems unreasonable given the amount we spent to have our dog stay. Asking for an additional $3-10 is nickel and diming the customer.

We are so pleased with Paradise 4 Paws as our rescue dog, Bianca, loves it. All the staff is friendly and courteous and they have bonded well with Bianca. Because of her past trauma, Bianca has trust issues. P4P has become a home away from home for our sweet girl and there's no place she'd rather go when we are out of town.

Charlie loves to be at a place where everyone loves dogs. He typically doesn’t eat well, but we know that P4P will call with any problem and offer suggestions for addressing it. We trust them to take care of Charlie...and that says it all.

The pups were very well taken care of while we were gone on a long day-trip and could not leave them alone. One of the dogs has a medical condition which must be monitored and medicated, and they have different diets. The "Doggy Spa Day" was a success. Clean dogs when we picked them up and worn out from an adventurous day.

My dog Mai Tai is always well taken care of. I love that they send photos of Mai Tai to me. I have logged into the play area cameras and watch the dogs playing with the group leaders. Mai Tai goes to the edge of the pool but I've never seen her in it though I've seen other dogs in the pool having fun. Everyone that takes care of the pets has always been very kind and show he pets love. Thank you to everyone!
