I would recommend Paradise 4 Paws to everyone. We travel worry free when we board our little dog here. She arrives happy and she is happy when we pick her up. From the reservation process, through check-in and the photos that the attentive staff sends to us during her stay are among the reasons that we are loyal and happy clients!

Let people know abouy the $1.99 fee for the webcam. Also, make sure the customer is appraised of suite changes and password changes as soon as they happen. We were given card with the user name (room #) and password but when we tried to access it, we couldn't. Had to call more than once to resdolve the issues.

Your staff is fantastic the way you treat your guests as family. Our dog MaiTai has been there many times and has always been treated great. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place to board their pet.

You did a great job. I would recommend being careful when you call owners. I received a call from a kind Worker who said she was worried about my cat because of her stress levels. Talk about stress levels, that really affected my vacation, because I was so worried about my cat. While I understand you need to call to ask for advice or if you’re worried about the cats health, But worrying an owner unnecessarily should probably be avoided. Still, I know you did a really good job with a difficult animal. Thank you
