I paid for my entire visit with a Groupon . The Groupon covered my entire visit but when I went to pick up my pet, the lady at the front tried to charge me an extra $94 . I did not appreciate that. If the Groupon covers five days then the people at the front of the pooch hotel should not be trying to charge you additional money .

This was Buddy's first visit. You sent pictures of him through out the day. We even received a call to tell us how he was. We were very pleased

My little Ryan Reynolds (the dachshund) gets his celebrity treatment whenever he goes to the Pooch Hotel! It’s hard to be away from him -whether for daycare, or for boarding - though my mind is peaceful because he’s in great hands! He gets sooo excited when we drive up! I’m thankful for all the sweet staff members who look after him!
Amazing team
Peanut had a fabulous time! She was taken care of to the total “t”. She came home so happy and “”could not quit ‘“explaining “ to me all of her adventures. Fantastic place and beyond fantastic staff that truly care about their fur baby guests!!!! Definitely a must go to!
Justin is awesome! So much knowledge about dog behavior and training!!
The staff always treats my dog right. They send me updates and photos of my dog.
