All the dentists are wonderful! Dr. Hicks made both my 6 year old and myself feel at ease. He talked to him all through his procedure (talked about cartoons, sports, etc)!!! Dr. Hicks was very aware about keeping the tools he used out of my son's line of view. Before we left, Dr. Hicks made sure to explain to him that when he comes back to the dentist, it will be back to simple cleaning and fun! The doctor even called (himself, not a nurse) to see how we were doing! Thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!!!
I am always impressed with how professional, yet kind and friendly the staff is. I am referring to the doctors, plus assistants and office staff. This contributes to a very positive experience overall for my children, and myself.
As a mother of a Special Needs child I'm very happy and greatful to all the staff members for being so nice and having so much patience for her specially Dr Pretzner so understanding.
Everything was perfect! I did not have to wait long to get my appointment and then everything after that with my visit was perfect ! Thank you Also, I live that you submit the insurance claims.
We met with Dr. Rob and he was all the great things I heard he was. We were referred by a very reliable party and he did not disappoint. We showed up early as it was our first visit and were not sure of the location. Most of the time it does not matter how early you get their you will have to wait until your appointment time, not here. They got us in very quickly and we received top notch service from Dr.Rob but first his assistant. She was great as well. A real friendly environment. My son was having a bunch of work done, including 2 extractions. He was very nervous about the procedures, but everyone put him at ease. They took very good care of him and were so patient- I truly appreciate the sensitivity you all showed!!!
Noah really enjoyed his visit with Dr. Dave. It was so nice to have a pleasurable visit for my son whose experiences elsewhere had not been the case :)
Dr. Dave also saw one of my children today; both he and Dr. Rob are great.
