The office staff, dental assistant and doctor were so nice, understanding and caring toward my scared three year old. We are so gratelful for Dr. Pretzer and his staff....they have made going to the dentist something that my boys with special needs actually BEG to do! What a contrast from our previous experiences with other dentists, who left my boys traumatized. Dr. Pretzer un-did the damage, and we hope we never lose him!
oh my...I am not sure what Dr... The CAROLINA Dr...my daughter was giving him a hard time!! She love Duke! We loved him!! Was great! Last time we did see the "Duke" Dr..he was great too!!
