Excellent atomsphere for calming kids in a situation of fear.
Staff is always top notch here and understanding. Even with unique situations such as ours.
Dr. Rob and Ms. Katie were amazing today. Abby was very nervous and Katie showed her each tool and how it worked. Dr. Rob was very personable. She asked if we could come back again tomorrow ;) We were in there with our two year old a couple weeks ago and received the same amazing level of care.
Dr. Pretzer and his assistant were very nice and made Justize fill comfortable.
I love the entire atmosphere! My son loves it too, although he's not fond of having his teeth cleaned yet (only 3 years old). Dr. Pretzer is great with him and I appreciate his thorough explanations. I will continue to recommend this practice!
My kids love Dr. Dave. We've been going to him since my oldest was about 3 - 8 years later, he's like a fun uncle you see a few times a year who just happens to also check your teeth!
Very good and quick visit. Son was called back as soon as we arrived and we were finished in about 30 minutes. No waiting time, wonderful! Thanks!
