Excellent visit. Prompt and courteous. Dr Pretzer was super...explained x-rays and what we should expect re Nicholas' teeth coming in over the next year very well. He also relates extremely well to the kids!
It was Jack's first "cavity" and hopefully his last :) But the staff was amazing--he didn't get upset, scared cry. I think that has a lot to do with their gentle nature. Thank you!

Wake Pediatric Dentistry is the best - the front desk staff, the dental assistants, the hygientist and the dentists are all extremely friendly and professional, and they all truly have a gift for making kids as comfortable as possible. It is really a wonderful feeling to know my children do not dread or fear their dental visits!
I was very very happy with this place.. There was confusion with where his appt was which I should have been more specific when I made the appt. It was his first apt there. My son is 13 years old and Autistic. They took him in anyway even though we where supposed to be in the other office. They where very sweet there and helpful and talked to my son with lots of patience and explaining to him what he had to do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were seen by Dr. Travis - not sure his last name. Mrs. Joncy and Mrs. Karen and Dr. Travis are fantastic. I have reccommended your office to several people I know with special needs children. You all are fantastic with my special needs son. Couldn't ask for better!
I drive 40 minutes out of the way because my kids LOVE this dental office...and that means everything to me!!
