I wish my office ran as smoothly! We've always had a great experience, even getting a filling for a four year old, which is saying a lot!
We had a great experience, everyone we met was so nice and welcoming- it seemed like a great place to work. The toys were great for our son and made the experience fun. Dr. Pretzer made our son comfortable with the experience, listened to our concerns and addressed them. I would definitely recommend the practice!
This was the BEST visit thus far for my Autistic son!!! Kudos to the Doc and Staff:):) Hopefully this visit will help curve some of his fear of going to the dentist. If the children are more at ease so are the parents. Very, very grateful of the service we received today!
I truly appreciate the way Dr. Pretzer prepared my son for his dental procedure. My son was very comfortable with everything that transpired. My son suffers from a nervous stomach and this could have been a very bad experience for us, but the time and preparation Dr. Pretzer put into preparing my son for what was going to happen to him made it a pleasant experience for all of us. As usual Jacob was treated with kindness, respect and an understanding of how to treat a young child. Even though he knew he was coming in to get two teeth taken out to make room for his big teeth he never showed any sign of distress or worry. He said he knew it would not be bad and that you all would take good care of him. In fact, he wanted to go back to school so he could show off his two missing teeth to his classmates. Dr. Pretzer and staff was awesome!!
I was very impressed with McKenzie's appointment today. She did not seem to be scared and she did not have any omplaints afterwards. The dental technician did a great job explaining what she was doing to McKenzie and why through out the whole process, which was helpful for me. Dr. Pretzer was great as always. Loved the tv on the ceiling to keep her entertained during the process.
