All I can say is AWESOME! great office staff and amazing Dr. Dr Pretzer is a blessing to my family and every chance we get we tell eveyone about him.
I came in with my 2 year old for a dental emergency. The staff was amazing and so kind! Dr. Schrader was awesome! She was comforting, very professional, and handled my 2 year old beautifully. If she treated adults I'd be first in line. In addition, when we were done she helped me to my car and turned in the ignition so we wouldn't have to get into a super hot vehicle. This was an extremely pleasant experience for my daughter's first dental exam. She is already excited to go back In 6 months! What an exceptional facility, and even more exceptional staff. The hygienist knew how to calm my daughter's fears. She was gentle and explained what she was going to be doing the exam. My daughter was so proud when it was all done. It was a great first dentist appointment for Eli...being 2 and all. Dr. Kornstein and Laura, the dental assistant, did a GREAT job with him...making him feel comfortable and all.
This was our first visit and I was very impressed with the level of service provided. From the front desk receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Pretzer to the check out receptionist - the entire staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable during Matthew's first visit to the dentist. Thanks so much for making this an enjoyable experience!
Dr. Brooke is awesome!!!! She was wonderful with my daughter and was so caring. My daughter is 7 yrs old and terrified of the dentist. We recently moved to area so this was her first visit to a new dentist also. We couldn't be more happier with Dr. Brooke! So glad we found her!!!!
