Everyone is VERY friendly & personable! We had a BAD experience a few years back & my daughter dreaded going to the dentist! Now, she has no problem, I don't have to fight w/ her to go! P.S. On a lighter note, she thinks Dr. Dave is COOL & "CUTE".... Hehehehe....

Long wait time Was a little disappointed today. Had a 2 pm visit and was called to the back with my 2 children pretty close to our appointment time. However we sat in the back for 30 minutes before going to the chair for cleaning. Very difficult to entertain a 3 year old with only 1 video game screen and 6 children sitting back there. I understand if you are running late, but leave the kids in the front where there is a lot more to entertain them. The visit itself went great, but better to leave the kids in your fun receptio... read more

Ok Service Everything about our visit today was good except that we had to wait for the doctor for close to 45 minutes. By that time our daughter was tired and the visit with him didn't go very well. We were told it was because they didn't know she was getting her teeth cleaned but, when I made the appointment I made it to have her teeth cleaned. The doctor was very specific and nice but, failed to realize we were ready to get out of there. He could have got to the point and let be on our way faster.

Desk staff refused to ask doctor re appointment time My son has been seeing Dr. Pretzer for 8 years, and when he was younger he was very fearful of going to see him. Because the appointments were a little harder, they always scheduled him at 12 pm for the "special" appointments. For the past 3 years, he has done exceptionally well and is at ease getting his checkup. His appointment yesterday took about 25 mins. However, the appointments continue to be at 12 pm which means he has to get pulled out of school and mom has to lea... read more

The young Dentist Hicks, he moves so fast, and talk too fast,...care not good. The older dentist are gone, and the new ones not all of them, need to slow down. My son is thirty and he had Dr. Parrish, we have been coming here since the Practice was in Garner of Highway 5O. I like the location and the office is nice. We have been bring our three daughters there since 2005, but the care is not the same. Our recent visit was for a procedure that has been done three times. Dr. Hicks did it today, and it was the fastest I have ev... read more

Scheduling Problem The dentist and the dental hygienist did a superb job. Sadly, the person checking us out and scheduling our next 6-month cleaning was not very helpful. When I asked her about my daughter's next cleaning, she said "6 months and 1 day." I asked her if that could be shortened and she said "no." Again I inquired if she was certain, and she told me that I would need to contact my dental insurance provider to inquire. After 10 minutes of attempting to reach a Metlife human operator - while standing in from of th... read more

Dentist was great but dental assistant not so much The dentist is friendly and great. My kid hates going to the dentist and has a few minor special needs. It was his first time getting his teeth cleaned here and anyone that reads his chart would see he has sensory issues and a horrible gag reflex. The lady cleaning his teeth barely spoke to him to try and calm him. She was too busy chatting with other dental assistants instead of focusing on my son. My son began crying which regardless of who worked with him I knew was going... read more

Long wait We waited 65 minutes for my 2 year old to be seen for 4 minutes. It was very frustrating. A business that serves children should know that a 2 year old can't wait that long, not to mention how disrespectful it is to my time commitments as a parent. As a busy mom of 3 small children I am usually on a tight schedule. Finding a time to see the dentist is hard enough, but with that long wait time I was then late to pick up my other son from school. We love the dental practice but didn't love our wait that day.
