Professional and friendly This was my 3 year old first time! She is usually shy and takes a while to warm up to anyone, when they called her and her sisters name she went willingly, and didn't even care that I didn't follow. And not once did the DA have to come get me to sit with her.
cleaning. the hygienist hurt my mouth and was too rough on it. This has occurred twice, and each time I told her. I know I have bracelets on but I am sure she can be more gentle. My gums were sore and raw for a couple of days.
Staff is extremely kid-friendly and make children feel comfortable. The office is equipped to entertain children while they wait for their appointment. Nurse even gives extra prize coin to siblings that don't have an appointment to avoid any hard-feelings.
Dentistry At the end of the visit the dental assistant talked to me instead of the dentist that did the work. I prefer the dentist talk to me instead of the assistant.
Cost When I set up our two extraction appointments, I specifically asked how much it would cost. I was given a price which my husband and I both financially worked into our budget. Today, after only two of the 4 teeth were removed, I was told my cost was 4 times what I had been told, and I would have to pay that much more for the next two teeth. So, not so happy with the office staff.
Everyone was great. We love Dr. Rob.
I am very very pleased with the service I receive at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter Jada has been a patient for a few years and I am happy to say that I have never had an unpleasant visit. Everyone who works there has been wonderful and I want to say thank you. My daughter had a great time. Thank u guys for entertaing her, i know she can be a talker, but she did learn a lot. She brushes her teeth every night before bed and during the afternoon "because her teeth feel dirty and she doesnt want cavities". Lol. We'll be back soon! Thanks ladies and gent!
