What a blessing this practice is to our family! My child has an excessive amount of anxiety over even the simplest of procedures. I never had a chance to even sit down or finish filling out the new ins. Form ...lol the ladies at the office called my daughter to the back before i even finished signing my name...was totally v.i.p. Feeling warm smiles and the new dr. Was just as awesome and great as Dr.Pretzer ! Thank you all for being the best dental office i have even been to in my Life....my nieces now come to the raleigh location as well as a few class mates ....cant stop saying great things about the office staff....
Katie and Dr. Moran were wonderful! This was Maddie's first dental visit and she did awesome, thanks to Katie and Dr. Moran. Maddie is very shy and gets nervous around new people but they really made her feel comfortable and she was able to have a great first time experience at the dentist!
Each time I visit I am satisfied with the service!
My son was excited to go to the dentist and have his teeth cleaned! Thank you for making "the dentist" a positive experience for him. He especially looks forward to receiving the bouncy ball out of the gumball machine.
Thank you for another wonderful visit. Today our youngest son had his first official cleaning and I was so impressed, yet again, by the incredible staff. Our youngest is our "tentative child" and often is scared or put off by new experiences. However, the hygienist was amazing with him, talking through the steps she was going to take and putting it all in kid-friendly terms that he could relate to.
