Today was my 2 year olds first trip to the dentist. The staff was amazing with her. I'm so glad we found your practice.
The hygienist that took care of my son was amazing. He has done terrible at any kind of his doctor's appointment in general up to this point (he is 3) and she was able to take him to a private room and calm him down fairly quickly. Once he stopped crying, she was able to do a full cleaning and the Dr was able to see him, too. So appreciative for all she did for him to have a successful visit and amazed she was able to do so, so quickly. Awesome dental office! Extremely kid friendly, my 4 year old actually gets excited about her dental visits. Staff are always friendly and patient with the kids. LOVE IT!
I am always satisfied when I arrive and leave this office. They take very good care of my children and that makes me happy. I am unsure of the doctors name that my daughter was seen by but I believe it was Dr. Moran.
My children always have the best possible experience at this practice and we are very appreciative of the quality of care and the efforts extended by all the staff in making dental cleanings positive and fun.
As always, Dr. Pretzer and the Garner Staff is quite efficient, courteous and right on time!
My daughters dental plan was thoroughly explained. I now know what to be expected during my child next dental visit to have fillings implemented.
Excellent staff! My sons hygienist and assistant, Jessica, were so caring and compassionate to his situation. I believe this was the first time the we saw Dr. Pretzer, but he took as much time as needed to discuss my sons situation and even planned to research a medication after we left. A very positive experience.
My son had a wonderful first dental visit! Your entire staff is amazing!
