RecommendedI enjoyed using walkers moving and storage found it easy to organise. They were arriving earlier than planned and made sure I was happy with that. Office staff were courteous an understanding of my needs. The moving guys walked me through the house to make sure we all understood what was for going in the truck. Very quick and thorough cant wait to see my furniture next week. I can recommend Walkers and will to anyone I know who is moving house. Took all the stress out of it. Job well done
RecommendedI found Walkers to be very helpful although their message handling system leaves a lot of room for improvement, for example, why was someone in finance taking and following up on messages for someone in sales, it would have been easier just to give me a mobile number for sales. The packers were really friendly and did a great job, not a single breakage, and the removalists also did a great job, friendly, asked questions, carried my stuff with care, no breakages there either. RecommendedWe had not moved in 42 years, so there was considerable build-up of stuff. Walkers helped every step of the way for our move from Glenn doing the quote, which came in at a very reasonable price, to the efficient and speedy way the three removal guys loaded our house hold goods into two containers. Thankyou all at Walkers.

Unfortunately we will never use this company again. We had so many damages to our new place an our old, damages which were not pointed out to us, to make all this even worse, we had belongings stolen from our house. When trying to sort this out with the company they were not compliant, and pretty much ignored it an told us that his guys didn’t do it. Very very disappointed. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This is very diappointing and we can understand why you are very unhappy, we just need some more information did you move in your name or your partners name perhaps so that we can address your complaint as we do not have a move in your name in our customer database
I have had my belongings in storage for many years with Walkers. I was recently overcharged for storage and was treated very rudely when I questioned charges made to my credit card. I have requested an itemised list of charges several times since July with no response. I also recently requested a quote to move my belongings and received no reply at all. Walkers please contact me with a reply to both queries.
