The site was a bit odd, but we enjoyed the stay. We used some of our "free" camping time from our sales visit back in March. Sales people once again wanted to run some numbers for us but we declined. With the price of the membership this particular location is cramped and could use some updating. The staff we met were nice.
After our visit, MARGARET took care of showing us the packages. We did consider to have bussinees with the Resorts and have Family members who love camping join. But, she lied to us, and told us it was ok to have our children swim, when it was not true. She encouraged our children get ready to swim. Not only after talking to many employees, who told us, " why would Margaret tell you to swim and say the pool was open and watch you go through all that inconvenience"???. Kids were disappointed there is no Playground.
We will never stay here again, sadly. :-( We were chased by a man on a golf cart because he said we were driving too fast when we were going 5mph. Our neighbors were super rude and loud at 7am. On top of that the sites are very small and cramped. Very disappointed.
The sales rep that met us was nice until she found out that we were not interested in becoming one of their exclusive members. We drove 3 hours to learn that our FREE 21 day pass was only good M-TH. Would have been good to know that before we decided to drive that far. We can't camp during the week, we have Full Time jobs. We still have not received the Gas Vouchers they Claim is a FREE gift to you for checking them out - it's been 3 months. Totally dissatisfied.
