This is my home resort where it started in 2016. I was in a pop-up camper and thought why would one need a ‘camping timeshare?’ Here we are 7 years later and I will tell you this is an amazing magical place! It hasn’t even yet been a year since I finally had the chance to upgrade from the pop-up so definitely now think of myself as a camping newbie. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. We took a tour on a Sunday and was talked into signing up for a membership and was told if we got home and found that it didn't fit in our budget, we could cancel within 5 days of signing up without a penalty. I've been calling and emailing since Monday morning (it is now Thursday) and the customer service is terrible. I've gotten no responses or generic responses. It's a private campground membership is required. There is 1 one bedroom cabin that is very nice. All of the facilities are very clean and updated with nice showers. They have many activities and bands throughout the summer.
The on-site staff is incredible but the customer service is rude, unpleasant, and have no idea about the actual camp ground. Was seriously thinking about becoming a member until I had to deal with the off site customer service.
A small RV campground on the Mohican River. Camp sites are good size. The camp store is nice. There is a rec hall with pool table, arcade games, TV and pong pong table. Also a small put put course and a swimming pool. It's located in an area that has a number of interesting attractions.
