I am a surfer and body surfer— I was in the churned up ocean last week for 2-3 hours per day and my left eye has been bothering me ever since . dr Hopkins pulled a shell off my eye which was embedded in the cornea! I consulted a few other ophthalmic surgeons before I found Dr. Waring. I have now had both of my eyes corrected and I am very happy with the results. I can see without glasses for the first time in my life.
The staff at Waring Vision Institute from the initial phone call on I found to be pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful and the facilities are spacious and immaculate. Dr Waring put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise, and I immediately knew and was glad I had chosen him to give me the perfect eyesight that I wanted all my life to have. The whole experience was as smooth as can be! I had my consultation on a Wednesday, was able to get LASIK performed THE NEXT MORNING due to a cancellation, and had 20/20 vision by Friday! If you’re on the fence about correcting your vision, go in and meet the team...it’s a FREE consultation. They give you options, explain everything, and you actually get to meet the doctor who performs your procedure (unlike at another local place). I was so happy with the entire process!!!
Dr. Waring and his team are absolutely wonderful! I have been in glasses/contacts since I was in 3rd grade, and have been solely in glasses due to dry eye for the past 5 years. I was very hesitant to get LASIK and have been to several consultations with different physicians over the past 4-5 years and Dr. Waring just blew me away.
