The staff knows your name as you walk-in the door. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. You never have to wait long to go back and regardless of who you see, you are treated with kindness, respect, and joy. Everything is explained to you completely so you understand fully. Once your exam is complete, you’re brought to the front desk where Julianna is ready, already knowing when your next appointment needs to fall.
