THE BEST experience with Artem for my haircut and Trevy for my color. It was my first time at Warren and it was an impulsive trip to the salon at that. Both of them worked with me to create a vision that prioritized dimension and the integrity of my hair. Artem is an artist with scissor hands. He's truly unbelievable at framing your cut to compliment your face, coloring, and structure. I was a client at their Plaza location and am so happy that my two go-to ladies (Victoria for color and Kazue for a haircut) are now at this location! This is super easy to get to since it is just off the 6 train. The salon is modern, yet inviting, and the service is top notch! I was taken care of right away at my appointment time and am so happy with my hair. This will always be my go-to salon as long as Victoria and Kazue are here! I feel like a star every time I leave here!

I have been going to this salon and having Nozomi cut my hair for something like 7 years. This salon literally never keeps me waiting, I am able to get my hair washed, cut and styled SO fast--I'm talking 45 minutes which is unheard of at any other salon. (I have very long, curly hair so it can take some time.) Everyone is always pleasant here, you can set up an account so that you can pay without even taking your wallet out making check out a breeze. JAYNE is AMAZING!!! I came in with the most awful color, three different hairstylists before coming here really messed up my hair. I had patchy color with yellow and grey tones, it was an absolute nightmare, I thought it was unfixable. Jayne completely transformed my hair into one of the most beautiful color jobs I've ever had done. Like seriously almost miracle level. She is a scientist and an artist. Go see her you will not regret it! 100% worth the money.
