Good Staff, service and no spa The bed
Pleasant The reception was tiny and uncomfortable and sometimes overcrowded. The checkin staff did not explain clearly the $20 restaurant credit voucher and on many occasions we asked how it worked and important pieces of information were left out in fact there was another couple in reception having the same issue! Sometimes the staff were hard to understand with very strong accents and spoke way too fast! We were disappointed with their non caring attitude. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was lovely.

Travelled for work, would happily come back next time I pass thru town. Vegas is Vegas, you take the good w/ the bad. No complaints here. Great way to rebrand a portion of the original Caesar's property. Everything was comfortable and clean; I enjoyed the calm of my floor. Thank you.

Very Good The layout of the room was wonky: sink bowl very deep, located directly behind the door making it difficult when partner walks in while you’re standing at the sink. Only a half mirror at the sink making it difficult to even move over while using it if someone else is walking in. Shower/mixing valve location at rear of shower while door at opposite end making it difficult to turn on without getting wet with freezing cold water before it has a chance to heat up.
