Just fabulous! A bit pricy but this is due to the location right inside Caesars palace on the Vegas strip. The hotel is very central for all things Las Vegas and the staff are simply fantastic with amazing service at all times. The hotel is welcoming and secure, clean and comfortable with the cosiness of a boutique hotel embedded in the wonderful facilities of the much larger Caesars palace resort.
Disappointing, it’s not value for money 5*hotel. Complementary coffee and tea service was poor. Very basic, coffee was not hot enough and only available 6:00~11:00, for five star hotel, it was disappointing. We stayed in a hotel in LA, Seattle, 5*Cruise , San Francisco and Nobu in Vegas during our 3wks vacation. We liked all 5* hotels we stayed except the Nobu hotel, we will not return to this hotel in future. Swimming pool was good. Reception staff were very pleasent and polite.
Je ne le conseille pas a cause du personnel incompétent Personnel pas du tout compréhensif . Ne nous a pas donné de indication pour notre bon cadeau de 20 dollars par jour et. Nous a refusé notre petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif de la chambre
