Absolutely appalling not 5 star maybe1 star, want stress stay here What didnt I like that would fill this page never have I asked for tea cups and 10 hrs later got none. Went to front desk to ask again for cups 2.5 hrs later still no cups, rung house service transferred to 4 different locations what is going on here . My advice is dont stay here! Location and thats about it

très cher pour un niveau de prestations médiocres et TRES bruyant. Très décevant! BRUYANT, chambre vieillote qui communiquait avec la chambre d'à côté, TRES MAUVAISE insonorisation entre les chambres. (reveillés par le bruit des voisins). on entendait les portes des autres chambres qui claquaient dans le couloir. Very Poor No vale la pena! Sinceramente nos decepcionó muchísimo. Para encontrar para hacer el check in fué un caos! El hotel es feísimo por dentro nada que ver con otros hoteles de alrededor. Los trabajadores unos bordes y te sablean por todo y más. La habitación cutre. Te venden que tienes una habitación con vistas en planta superior y para sorpresa nuestra fue que lo que ellos consideran la planta 80 es la planta 8. Could a Michelin stared chef also operate a luxury hotel well? I doubt. The receptionist speaking Chinese (sounds from Hong Kong) was very rude to ask her colleague who was doing check-in for us to let her do it, and then in a inefficient way which just let our group of nine persons wait, which is time wasting. The air-conditioning machine out side the window is so noisy we just can't sleep well. The drainage in the shower room didn't work well and we have to take shower with feet in water.
