Fair We want to have a bath tub but they don’t have that information online when I booked the hotel. Lack of information. It’s ruining my trip. It’s a quiet place but it’s not an most advantage thing because you can find the quietness at other hotels.
Expensive, untrained staff, stained counch, poorly located for July 4th. NEVER AGAIN Upon arriving I advised the concierge that the purpose of our trip was to view the firework display. I specifically asked for a room facing the display (which is planned weeks in advance in Vegas), and was advised that the highest floor in the NOBU was 12, and I was given room 8101 (the 11th floor) facing the flamingo. Very bad service but good location 1- service: had to call at least 10 times for any request since no one is answering any of the transfer options on the phone 2- Ordered room service and I called them to pick up the plates at least 10 times yet no one did until the room stank after 2 days! Had to go down to speak to recpetion! 3- Send laundry and called at least 5 times to ask them to pick it up yet no one picked it up Location
Okay L accueil perdu pour ne pas dire caché a l intérieur de l'énorme complexe du Caesars Palace !!! Impossible de se faire un café .... Taille dds chambres. Calme et insonorisation. Literie.

N'a d'intérêt que pour l'emplacement. Il y a mieux pour moins cher à Vegas Accueil le premier soir désinvolte de la part de la personne du lobby. Prestations qui furent sans doute haut de gamme dans les années 90, mais qui sont aujourd'hui datées. L'emplacement, la taille des chambres
