Great location, nice hotel but expensive compared to what’s on offer elsewhere I am surprised that a hotel of this reputation and cost limits the number of connections to wifi and does not provide free drinking water in the room. Great location

The room was nothing special but it served its purpose. The elevators were crap Location was good. Everything else was pretty average.

Wonderful
One of the best stays we’ve ever had. We loved everything Exceeded our expectations, we were upgraded to the Sake suite and as we were there celebrating a birthday- it was the perfect way to start our trip. We were impressed with everything about the suite. Anthony- who was at the front desk- was exceptional.

Great stay for seeing Adele! They did not clearly have my reservations/bookings or any of the requests I made via Bookings. We had to wait almost 3 hours to get into our rooms (weren't adjoining). And one room didn't get any maid service. We booked the Nobu because of location and price. Beautiful, modern, and unique within Caesars Palac. Also, it is very centrally located on the property to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Their staff was great.
Nice room but overall experience disappointing We found the whole place was very much about how things worked for their convenience rather than that of the customer. For example if you want to order your car from valet parking to be picked up at a certain time you can’t. Because you need to use a little ticket to retrieve your car which only works when you want the car and so on check out day we couldn’t ask for the car to be there on a certain time we had to instead build in extra time to allow for the car to come up.
