I find it telling that Washington radiology does not respond to any of the negative reviews on here leading me to believe they are aware of the problems and choose not to do anything about it. I gave Fox Hill location of Washington radiology three stars because it was easier to schedule an appointment here than other places that I called and they did accept my insurance and they took care of the pre-approval with the insurance company with no wrinkles. I've had probably over 10 MRIs for a chronic injury over the last decade and I used to always go to Foxhall MRI. They had really great hours, were so easy to schedule with, and provided the reports so quickly. Unfortunately, when they merged with Washington Radiology the service went downhill. The MRI tech was kind, but the front desk woman who was working at 7PM on 9/4 was very rude. I couldn't get into the building even though I called their number on the call box. I asked if she knew that it wasn't working. I had had to ask the maintenance people inside the building to let me in. Her response was to roll her eyes and aggressively ask "well did you..." and to completely dismiss the question I asked and that I had not been able to even get into the building despite having an appointment. I hesitated on writing this but I believe people shouldn’t be treated the way Miss Vanessa at the front desk did, I’m not sure what she’s going through but her frustration shouldn’t be reflected on the job on patients specially before an MRI or after. I hope I don’t have to come back. I give 3 starts because of the Gentleman behind the MRI and the other lady at check out. I’m Nauseous out of the office wondering why She had to be so mean, hoping no one else gets treated same way.

I had a brain mri..it's been 2 weeks and I do not have my results. My dr had not received them A week after I called them to complain and they said the radiologist had not read the report. I am suing them if there is anything wrong with me. Such a disgrace
