I find it telling that Washington radiology does not respond to any of the negative reviews on here leading me to believe they are aware of the problems and choose not to do anything about it. I gave Fox Hill location of Washington radiology three stars because it was easier to schedule an appointment here than other places that I called and they did accept my insurance and they took care of the pre-approval with the insurance company with no wrinkles. By far the most pleasant Washington Radiology location. When the WR online system doesn't work, or no one answers the centralized appointments phone, you can call the Foxhall location directly and make an appointment. Staff are friendly and efficient, wait time is short once you arrive, and the process is pleasant. Highly recommend.
The front desk and technicians were very pleasant. However, the office was running 1.5 hours late. The front desk staff could’ve saved myself and other patients time and frustration by proactively contacting us.
Was never able to actually get an appt so this is purely for the scheduling department. I’ve tried calling on two different occasions and was never able to actually speak to anyone. Last time I was put on hold by a surly sounding scheduler who didn’t wait for my response before putting me on hold immediately. I was on hold for 22 minutes before being hung up on. Called back twice to no answer. That was my sign to go elsewhere!
I've had probably over 10 MRIs for a chronic injury over the last decade and I used to always go to Foxhall MRI. They had really great hours, were so easy to schedule with, and provided the reports so quickly. Unfortunately, when they merged with Washington Radiology the service went downhill.
