Had a diagnostic mammogram and sonogram here three days ago, and I can't have imagined a better experience (even though my prognosis is not good.) From the heated dressing gown to the front desk securing follow up appointments for me on the spot to Kimberly personally calling my insurance at 6pm on a Friday night to get preauthorization for further treatment and checking other locations to help secure earlier appointments, everyone here is going above and beyond to get me what I need to move forward. I just recently found out about this location when I was making an appointment. What I like the most is that there is no fee for parking (not like the Bethesda location). There were two entrances to get into the parking lot and once you are parked, the building is right there. The entrance to the building faces Observation Drive. Once parked, enter building 20410, walk up the stairs, go right and WRA will be the 2nd entrance on your right (glass doors). Enter, check in and have a seat. This Germantown location opened a few weeks ago. Staff was very friendly. Equipment is new with the latest technology. Technician that did my mammogram was great. Will schedule next year's annual mammogram here too!

I liked that I could read the names of all the stuff people at the front desk. I liked how efficiently I got checked in, and how quickly my MRI was done. When I was offered headphones and my choice of music, I picked to listen to the Foo FightersBecause I had just been listening to an interview with Dave Grohl. It turns out the Foo Fighters music matches the clanging in the MRI machine really well.

Amazing staff here starting with the sweet and accommodating ladies in the front office, nice relaxing music to listen to prior to your MRI. Next, the Tech stole the show with his professionalism and empathy ensuring I was comfortable throughout my MRI procedure. He spoke to me through a headset while I listened to NPR (my personal favorite radio station which I was able to choose). I was given a panic button incase I needed a break from the procedure. Great experience here! The staff was great, very polite and efficient. My appointment was right on time - no extra waiting around. The MRI was as comfortable as an MRI can be. And, the tech was good with a needle, worth mentioning since I had to do with and without contrast. Putting this location on the top of my list for the future.

I had an appointment earlier today for an MRI. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Any questions that I asked were answered promptly. The MRI went well as I was made to feel comfortable, given earphones to listen to my choice of music. The Tech checked in with me at the start, midway to see how I was doing and afterward to let me know that it was over. It was such a very pleasant time. The music helped me to relax. Very nice people. Walked in just on the off chance I could get an MRI that day, and incredibly they had an opening. Lady at the front desk was awesome, technician was great as well. Facility was clean and new, nothing bad at all in the whole experience.
